I was inspired to start my own complimentary health business after I was treated for menopausal problems by a fantastic practitioner who was able to pinpoint my problems and give advice for the treatment thereof. I was completely hooked on the methods used and so my passion for health and wellbeing was ignited.

I believe that in order to be successful you need to have real passion. Mine is to assist women who are struggling through the menopause with hot flushes, mood swings, weight gain and depression. All these problems are surmountable through a thorough diagnosis, a sympathetic ear and a passion for health.

I have completed holistic massage and reflexology courses with Healing Hands, done a 10 week training course on Karnak machines doing the PSI test and the PK food allergy tests.

My practice encompasses everything that will make my clients feel special, pampered and understood during their consultation. Other training courses I have completed are the Galvanic Spa Age Loc system and the GAR herbal products range.
