Bioptron emits Visible Incoherent Polarised Light (VIP Light) in the spectrum 480 nm (nanometres) to 3400nm. The light is focused onto the problem area at an angle of 90 degrees at a distance of between 0 and 10 cm for a period of between 2 to 8 minutes. The temperature of the light is 37 degrees centigrade. Normal internal body temperature is approximately 37 degrees C, and normal skin temperature is 27-32 degrees C. Therefore there is no overheating effect on the skin or tissues of the body.

The light does not contain UV (ultraviolet) rays, so there is no danger of harmful over-dosage or skin damage/tanning of any sort. Accidently using the light for longer than the recommended period on a specific part of the body is NOT HARMFUL but is merely superfluous.

The light penetrates to a depth of about 2.5 cm in a typical 4-6 minute treatment. Humans and animals have skin to protect them from external influences. The body cell has a double layer membrane. The cell membrane is the ‘skin’ of the cell. It is equipped with POLAR HEADS that have a specific polarity and arrangement in a healthy state. When the cell is not healthy, the membrane is weakened with the polarity being inconsistent and disorganised. The cell is no longer able to assimilate (take in) the correct nourishment which it gets via the enzymes and their receptors.

In this weakened state, the cell can no longer work re-generatively because the cell core (which is similar to the brain of a person) can no longer activate the specific information required for regeneration and other normal cell processes. The Bioptron polarized lights balances the polarity of the cell membrane in a purely physical way. This re-activates enzymes and lets them feed the cell again. Energy is built up again in a normalised, NATURAL way, and the cell core is now able to re-activate the information required for regenerative processes, immune processes, and other vital cell process connected with the cell membrane.
